The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum is a maritime museum that focuses on the maritime history and shipwrecks of the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

North Carolina Maritime Museum at Beaufort

The North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort reflects coastal life and interprets lighthouses and lifesaving stations, the seafood industry, motorboats, and more. The Harvey W. Smith Watercraft Center teaches boatbuilding for all ages.

United States Naval Academy Museum

The collection includes thousands of objects such as flags, uniforms, weapons, medals, books, instruments and photographs as well as art. Major collections are The Rogers Ship Model Collection, the Naval Academy Art Collection, the Malcolm Storer Naval Medals Collection and The Beverley R. Robinson Collection (prints of naval history).

The Puget Sound Navy Museum collects, preserves, and interprets the naval heritage of the Pacific Northwest from 1840 to the present.
